Frequently Asked Questions
Haave questions about IV therapy, pricing, or what to expect during your visit? Our FAQs are designed to give you answers to the most common questions we hear from patients. Whether you're new to wellness treatments or a returning client, we're here to make your experience smooth, safe, and informed.
Most healthy adults are eligible for IV therapy. It’s ideal for individuals looking to boost hydration, replenish vitamins, support immune function, recover from illness or fatigue, or enhance athletic performance. However, people with certain medical conditions such as heart, kidney, or liver disorders may not be suitable candidates. All clients will be screened by a licensed nurse before treatment to ensure safety and appropriateness.
In-clinic sessions take place at our Phoenix location, where we provide IV therapy in a relaxing, medical setting. In-home sessions bring the care to you. One of our licensed nurses will travel to your home to administer your IV treatment. Both options offer the same high-quality service, but in-home visits offer added privacy and convenience.
When you arrive at our clinic, you’ll be greeted by our staff and asked to complete a brief health screening. A licensed nurse will review your medical history, discuss your goals, and help you choose the best IV therapy for your needs. Once selected, the nurse will place the IV and monitor you throughout the session, which typically lasts 45-60 minutes. You’ll be seated comfortably in a clean, relaxing environment the entire time.
One of our licensed nurses will arrive at your home at the scheduled time with all necessary equipment. After a brief health screening and consent form, the nurse will review your medical history, help you select the right IV therapy (if not already chosen), and administer the treatment in a clean, comfortable spot of your choice. The session usually lasts 45-60 minutes, and your nurse will monitor you throughout to ensure safety and comfort.
The ideal frequency depends on your health goals and the type of IV therapy you receive. For general wellness or hydration, once every 2–4 weeks is common. Athletes, frequent travelers, or those recovering from illness may benefit from more frequent sessions. During your first appointment, our medical team will help recommend a schedule based on your individual needs.
IV therapy is generally safe when administered by a licensed professional. Mild side effects may include bruising, soreness at the injection site, or a cooling sensation during the infusion.
Rarely, some people may experience dizziness, nausea, or an allergic reaction. Our nurses are trained to monitor you throughout your session and respond to any concerns right away.
